AC running but not cooling
An air conditioner can run without cooling properly when airflow is restricted, the indoor coil has frozen, a component has failed, or the refrigerant charge is low because of a leak.
AC won't turn on
When an air conditioner won't turn on at all, the cause is usually power, the thermostat, a safety switch that has shut the system off (often a full condensate drain), or a failed electrical component such as a capacitor or contactor.
AC frozen / iced up
Ice on an air conditioner's copper lines or indoor coil almost always means the coil is getting too cold — usually because airflow across it is restricted, or because the refrigerant charge is low from a leak.
AC leaking water
An air conditioner leaking water indoors is usually a blocked condensate drain, an overflowing or cracked drain pan, or a frozen coil melting.

- Can someone come today?
- Same-day appointments are often available, though we cannot guarantee one on any given day. For a house with no heat or no cooling at all, call rather than send a request — emergency service runs 24/7 and those calls are prioritized.
- Are estimates free?
- Replacement and new-system estimates are free and written, after we have surveyed the home and run a proper load calculation. Repairs work the other way round: a diagnostic first, priced up front.
- Do you offer financing?
- Financing can be arranged on replacements and larger repairs, through a lender and subject to their approval. We do not publish a rate or a term because the lender sets them. More on financing.

- We stand behind our workmanship on every repair and installation. If something is not right, call us and we will come back and make it right — no runaround. Your technician will confirm what is covered on your job before work starts.
