A new air conditioner, heat pump or furnace is a big purchase. Here is how we make it easier to afford, what stands behind the work, and who qualifies for a discount.
Financing for AC, heat pump and furnace replacement
Ask about financing when you request your free replacement estimate and we will go through the options open to you. Financing is arranged through a lender, not by us, so the rate, the term and the approval are theirs to set — we will not quote you a monthly payment we cannot stand behind.
Financing is normally used for the larger jobs: central air conditioner replacement, heat pump and furnace installation, ductless mini-splits, ductwork, indoor air quality equipment and major repairs, across Savannah, Pooler, Richmond Hill, Rincon, Bloomingdale, Statesboro, Bluffton, Hilton Head and Beaufort.

Warranty on our work and your equipment
Workmanship warranty
We stand behind our workmanship on every repair and installation. If something is not right, call us and we will come back and make it right — no runaround. Your technician will confirm what is covered on your job before work starts.
Equipment warranty
Trane's Base Limited Warranty typically covers parts for five years. Registering the equipment within 60 days of installation upgrades it to the Registered Limited Warranty, which in most cases runs 10 years. Both cover parts that fail through a manufacturing defect, not the labor to fit them, and the length varies by product — so we back the installation with our own workmanship promise. Rebate amounts, efficiency requirements and eligibility are set by each utility and can change. The federal energy-efficiency tax credit (Section 25C) no longer applies to equipment placed in service after December 31, 2025. Residential electricity averaged about 15.0¢/kWh in Georgia and 16.5¢/kWh in South Carolina in March 2026 (U.S. Energy Information Administration).
