Same-day appointments are often available, and emergency service is available around the clock for heating and cooling failures that cannot wait for normal business hours.
For anything urgent, call rather than filling in a form. A no-cooling call in July and a request for a maintenance quote should not travel by the same route.

Estimates and pricing
Estimates on new systems and replacements are free. Repair calls begin with a diagnostic, and the cost of that diagnostic is given to you before any work starts — you approve the repair before it begins.
We will meet or beat any verifiable quote on comparable work. Comparable is doing real work in that sentence: two quotes are only comparable if they cover the same capacity, the same equipment match and the same scope of duct and electrical work.
Maintenance
Twice a year is the standard recommendation: a cooling tune-up in spring and a heating check in fall. In a climate with a long cooling season, the spring visit is the one that earns its keep.
Filters generally want changing every one to three months, but that range is wide for a reason. Pets, allergies, a dusty environment and a restrictive filter type all shorten the interval. We would rather tell you what suits your house than repeat a generic number.
Repair or replacement
Systems over roughly ten to twelve years old, facing a repair that approaches a meaningful fraction of replacement cost, are usually worth assessing rather than automatically repairing. Air conditioners and furnaces commonly last 12 to 20 years with maintenance; heat pumps, running year-round, tend toward 12 to 15.
A properly sized, higher-efficiency system replacing an old and inefficient one generally does reduce energy use, and in this climate often improves how the house feels by more than the temperature reading suggests, because it manages humidity better.
We will give you an honest assessment either way, including when the answer is that your system has years left in it.
