Condenser & Coil Replacement — part of our ac installation & replacement work, on central ac systems. Existing equipment is removed and replaced with a system sized to the property. Replacing a system is the biggest HVAC decision most homeowners make, and the most common way it goes wrong is sizing. Matching the tonnage of the old unit is not a load calculation — if the last one was oversized, you inherit the problem: short cycles, cold clammy air, and humidity that never comes down. We measure the house, calculate the load, and size the equipment to it. Then we install it properly, because a well-chosen system fitted badly will still underperform.
