Geothermal uses stable ground temperature instead of outdoor air, which is why it can reach efficiencies no air-source system will match. It is also the system where design matters most: loop field sizing, soil conditions and available land drive both the cost and whether it makes sense for your property at all. We survey the site first and will tell you honestly if it is not the right fit.
